REV. JONIER OROZCO

​Jonier is a native of Medellin, Colombia. Since 2006 Jonier and his wife, Keren Diaz, have been actively serving Hispanic Presbyterian Churches in the Atlanta area. Jonier has also served as president of the Hispanic Caucus of the Southeast United States and has been the liaison for the Hispanic groups with the Synod of the South Atlantic. He has also served as vice–moderator of the national Hispanic Caucus in the PC(USA).

As Pastor at College Park Presbyterian Church in the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta, Jonier is involved in all areas of ministry including: working with the youth, leading worship, preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and just about anything else that needs to be done.

In his spare time, Jonier enjoys spending time with his wife and their young sons, John Andrew, James and Jonathan.  He also enjoys flying airplanes; getting his private license as a pilot.  He also enjoys watching comedy films and having a good laugh!

Jonier es de Medellín, Colombia. Desde 2006 Jonier y su esposa, Keren Diaz, han estado sirviendo activamente a las iglesias hispanas presbiterianas en el área de Atlanta. Jonier también ha servido como presidente del Comité Hispano del sureste de los Estados Unidos y ha sido el enlace para los grupos hispanos con el Sínodo del Atlántico Sur. También se ha desempeñado como vice moderador del Caucus Nacional Hispano en el IP (EE. UU.).

Como pastor de la Iglesia Presbiteriana de College Park en el Presbiterio de Greater Atlanta, Jonier está involucrado en todas las áreas del ministerio, entre ellas: trabajar con los jóvenes, dirigir la adoración, la predicación, la enseñanza, la atención pastoral y prácticamente cualquier otra cosa que se necesite hacer.

En su tiempo libre, Jonier disfruta pasar tiempo con su esposa y sus hijos pequeños, John Andrew, James y Jonathan. Él también disfruta de volar aviones. ¡También le gusta ver películas de comedia y divertirse!
